Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and offers provided by Predigerhof GmbH. By making a reservation, booking, or entering the venue, guests agree to these T&C.

2. Opening Hours

Predigerhof is open daily from 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Opening hours may change without prior notice.

3. Reservations

Reservations can be made via our website, email, or social media. A reservation becomes binding only after it has been confirmed by us. Late arrival may result in the release of reserved seats.

4. Private Events

For exclusive rentals (e.g. birthdays, apéros, anniversaries), individual agreements regarding duration, price, and services apply. A written confirmation is required.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT. The prices valid on the day of service apply. Payment is made on-site in cash or with common payment methods.

6. Conduct in the Venue

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Predigerhof GmbH reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests for inappropriate behavior.

7. Liability

Predigerhof GmbH is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings. Guests are fully liable for any damage they cause.

8. Changes

Predigerhof GmbH reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. The current version published on our website applies.

9. Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
